This Privacy Policy explains what information The Wild Adventure Girls, Inc. ("WAG," "we," "us") collects through wildadventuregirls.com (the "Site"), why we collect it, and how you can reach us about it.

Information We Collect

We collect information you choose to give us directly. Right now that happens in three places on the Site:

Contact form — your name, email address, reason for reaching out, and message.
Sponsor inquiry form (Work With WAG) — your name, email address, company/brand, what kind of partnership you're interested in, and your message.
WAG Insider signup — your email address.

The Contact and sponsor inquiry forms also quietly record which page on our Site you came from right before filling it out (not a tracking cookie — just part of that one form submission), so we can tell which content actually leads people to reach out.

We do not require an account to use the Site, and we do not collect payment information — the Site does not sell anything directly.

How We Use It

We use the information above only to:

Respond to your message if you contact us;
Send WAG Insider emails to addresses that sign up for them; and
Keep the Site secure and working correctly.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Forms & Where Data Is Stored

Contact and sponsor inquiry form submissions are processed by Netlify Forms, our hosting provider's built-in form-handling service. Netlify stores submitted form data on our behalf; it does not use it for its own purposes. See Netlify's privacy policy for details on how they handle it.

WAG Insider signups are processed by beehiiv, our email newsletter provider. See beehiiv's privacy policy for details on how they handle subscriber data.

Embedded & Third-Party Content

Pages on this Site embed content from YouTube and Spotify, and link out to Instagram, Apple Podcasts, and other platforms. When you interact with an embedded video or player, that platform may set its own cookies or collect its own usage data under its own privacy policy — this Privacy Policy doesn't cover their practices. We link to those platforms' own policies where relevant:

This Site also loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may involve a connection to Google's servers when a page loads.

Cookies

The Site itself does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Any cookies you encounter here come from the third-party embeds described above, set directly by those platforms, not by us.

Children's Privacy

This Site is built for a teen audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has submitted information to us, contact us at the email below and we'll remove it.

Your Choices

You can unsubscribe from WAG Insider emails at any time using the link in any email we send. You can also email us to ask what information we have tied to your email address, or to request it be deleted.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the Site changes — for example, when new features like site-wide analytics or a full WAG Insider membership page go live. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do.
