These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of wildadventuregirls.com and thewagpodcast.com and their respective pages, features, forms, interactive features, content, and services (collectively, the “Site”), operated by The Wild Adventure Girls, Inc. (“WAG,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Eligibility and Minors

WAG creates entertainment content for a teen audience, and some visitors to the Site may be minors.

The Site’s forms and interactive features, including contact forms, partnership inquiries, email subscription forms, votes, quizzes, polls, and question submissions, are not intended to collect personal information directly from children under 13.

If you are under 13, do not submit personal information through the Site, including through a vote, quiz, poll, or question submission. A parent or legal guardian may contact us on your behalf.

If you are between 13 and 17, you may use the Site, including its interactive features, only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian where required by applicable law.

Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising minors’ use of the Site and determining whether WAG content and features are appropriate for them.

We may delete information if we reasonably believe it was submitted by a child in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Permitted Use

You may use the Site for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes, including viewing WAG content, learning about WAG, participating in interactive features for which you are eligible, subscribing to communications for which you are eligible, and contacting us.

You may not:

use the Site for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, harmful, or deceptive purposes;
interfere with, disrupt, damage, disable, or compromise the Site or its security;
attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its systems, accounts, servers, databases, or networks;
use automated systems, bots, scrapers, crawlers, data-mining tools, or similar technologies to access, extract, copy, reproduce, train on, index, or collect Site content or data except as expressly authorized by us or as permitted by applicable law;
submit spam, malicious code, false information, impersonations, or unrelated commercial solicitations;
vote, submit a poll or quiz response, or submit a question more than the number of times an interactive feature permits, or attempt to circumvent a feature’s one-response or rate-limiting design;
falsely claim or imply an affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or relationship with WAG or its creators;
copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, sell, license, commercially exploit, or create unauthorized derivative works from WAG content;
remove copyright, trademark, attribution, or other proprietary notices; or
use the Site or WAG content in a manner that infringes or violates the rights of WAG or any third party.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the Site, including access to any interactive feature, where reasonably necessary to protect WAG, our users, our intellectual property, or the security and operation of the Site.

Future Products and Services

WAG is a growing media company, and the Site will continue to evolve. These Terms are written to apply not only to the Site as it exists today, but to natural extensions of it that WAG may introduce over time — including additional interactive experiences, memberships, digital products, community features, software tools that support the platform, educational resources, physical products, and additional WAG-affiliated websites or media brands.

Nothing in this section announces, promises, or describes an existing product. If and when we introduce one, your use of it will be governed by these Terms together with any additional terms specific to that offering (for example, payment and return terms for a physical product, or separate terms for a paid membership), which we will present to you before you use or purchase it.

Interactive Features

The Site includes interactive features such as WAG Verdict, WAG Match, Vote for Your Favorite WAG Segment, Questions Featured, WAG Awards, and similar features that may be added, changed, or removed over time (collectively, “Interactive Features”).

Entertainment purpose. Interactive Features are provided for entertainment and audience-engagement purposes. Results, tallies, quiz outcomes, and reveals are presented as-is and reflect real audience participation and real content from WAG’s shows, but are not scientific, statistically representative, or guaranteed to reflect any particular population.

Not a sweepstakes, contest, or prize drawing. Interactive Features do not require a purchase or payment to participate, do not award a prize, and are not sweepstakes, contests, lotteries, or games of chance under applicable law. Participating in a vote, quiz, or poll does not entitle you to any prize, compensation, or guaranteed outcome.

No guarantee of selection or future content. Submitting a question, suggestion, or other content through an Interactive Feature (such as Questions Featured) does not guarantee that it will be selected, featured, read on-air, responded to, or used in any future WAG content. WAG may choose which, if any, submissions to feature, and may edit, paraphrase, or summarize a submission if it is featured. WAG is not obligated to create any particular future episode, category, challenge, or content based on votes, poll results, or submissions, even where a feature’s copy describes an intended future use (for example, “email me when a new WAG Awards category launches” describes a real intent, not a binding commitment as to timing or whether a given category will launch).

One response per feature, per browser. Most Interactive Features are designed to accept one vote, quiz attempt, or submission per browser, tracked using your browser’s local storage rather than an account. This is a soft, good-faith mechanism intended to keep results meaningful, not a security or anti-fraud guarantee. WAG may take reasonable steps, including rate-limiting by IP address, to detect and block abusive or automated submissions.

Submission ownership and moderation. A question, comment, vote rationale, or other content you submit through an Interactive Feature is a Submission under “User Submissions” below, including the license you grant WAG and WAG’s right to decline, remove, or moderate it for any reason, including content that is inappropriate, off-topic, abusive, or otherwise inconsistent with WAG’s brand or these Terms.

Activities, Challenges, Investigations, and Adventures

WAG content may depict challenges, physical activities, travel, outdoor adventures, food challenges, investigations, experiments, unusual locations, animals, or other activities that involve risks.

WAG content is entertainment. It is not an instruction, recommendation, encouragement, or invitation to recreate any activity depicted.

Conditions shown in a video, podcast, photograph, article, or other content may differ significantly from the conditions you encounter.

You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, safety, surroundings, abilities, equipment, supervision, and compliance with applicable rules and laws.

Do not attempt activities depicted by WAG without considering the risks, taking appropriate safety precautions, obtaining appropriate adult or professional supervision where necessary, and determining whether the activity is appropriate for you.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WAG is not responsible for injuries, losses, damages, or other consequences resulting from a person attempting, recreating, adapting, or participating in an activity depicted or discussed in WAG content.

Personal, Health, and Other Informational Topics

WAG videos, podcasts, articles, interviews, Interactive Features, and other content may discuss topics such as friendships, relationships, personal experiences, mental health, wellness, travel, products, trends, or other lifestyle subjects.

Such content is provided for entertainment and general informational purposes and may reflect personal experiences, opinions, or perspectives, including opinions expressed through polls, votes, and audience-submitted questions.

Nothing published by WAG, including any Interactive Feature result or reveal, is intended to constitute medical, psychological, legal, financial, safety, or other professional advice.

You should not rely on WAG content as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional when professional guidance is appropriate.

Intellectual Property

The Site and WAG’s original content and intellectual property — including videos, photographs, audio, podcasts, articles, written content, graphics, artwork, logos, branding, show names, characters, original research, compilations, designs, and website elements — are owned by or licensed to The Wild Adventure Girls, Inc. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

This also includes WAG’s specific implementation of its interactive and future products: the software, source code, written rules and copy, distinctive visual design, and branded presentation of features such as WAG Verdict, WAG Match, and future voting, quiz, recommendation, scoring, or game-mechanic systems, as well as concepts WAG develops for future products such as a Discovery Platform, Adventure Map system, or Passport/collection system. This protects WAG’s own creative and technical work in how these features are built, written, and presented — it does not claim ownership over generic ideas like “a quiz” or “a voting poll” in the abstract, which WAG does not own and cannot exclude others from using in their own, independently created form.

THE WILD ADVENTURE GIRLS® and WAG® are registered trademarks of The Wild Adventure Girls, Inc. Other WAG names, logos, titles, brands, and marks, including WAG PODCAST™ and WAG NATION™, may be trademarks or the subject of pending applications.

Nothing on the Site grants you ownership of or a license to WAG intellectual property except the limited right to access the Site for its intended personal use.

Unless expressly authorized in writing by WAG or otherwise permitted by applicable law, you may not reproduce, distribute, republish, publicly display, commercially exploit, license, sell, modify, or create derivative works from WAG content.

You may not use WAG trademarks, branding, logos, show names, likenesses, or other identifiers in a way that falsely suggests affiliation, endorsement, sponsorship, authorization, or origin.

Third-party names, logos, trademarks, products, and content belong to their respective owners. Their appearance on the Site does not necessarily imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation.

Artificial Intelligence and Automated Use

Except as permitted by applicable law or expressly authorized by WAG in writing, you may not systematically scrape, download, extract, reproduce, or compile WAG content, including Interactive Feature content, results, or submissions, for the purpose of creating or training a commercial artificial intelligence model, machine-learning system, dataset, synthetic media system, content-generation system, or similar technology.

Nothing in this section is intended to restrict uses that cannot lawfully be restricted by contract or applicable law.

User Submissions

This section applies to anything you submit through the Site, whether through a form, an Interactive Feature, or a future submission format — including a message, inquiry, suggestion, idea, proposal, question, story, photo, video, artwork, voice recording, discovery, Adventure Map submission, challenge idea, nomination, comment, testimonial, or other user-created content (“Submissions”). WAG does not currently accept every format listed here on every part of the Site; this section is written to apply consistently as new Submission formats are added, rather than needing to be rewritten each time.

By making a Submission, you represent that you have the right to submit it and that it does not violate applicable law or infringe the rights of another person.

Unless WAG expressly agrees otherwise in writing, Submissions are not confidential, and making one does not create an obligation for WAG to review, use, compensate you for, or keep it confidential. WAG may independently create or receive content, concepts, or ideas similar to a Submission.

If WAG features, publishes, or otherwise uses your Submission, you grant WAG a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, adapt, and reference it (including your first name or other identifier you voluntarily provide) in connection with WAG’s content and the operation of the Site, without further compensation to you, except where applicable law provides otherwise. WAG may decline, remove, or moderate any Submission for any reason.

This section does not transfer ownership to WAG of intellectual property you already own — you keep the rights to your own story, photo, artwork, or other original work; you are only licensing WAG to use it as described above.

Copyright and Intellectual Property Complaints

If you believe material on the Site infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, contact us at thewildadventuregirls@gmail.com and provide enough information for us to identify the material and evaluate your request. We may request additional information before taking action.

Third-Party Services, Links, and Embedded Content

The Site may contain links to or embedded content from third-party services, including video, podcast, social media, newsletter, analytics, hosting, and other technology providers.

Third-party services are not controlled by WAG. Their content, availability, security, privacy practices, advertising, functionality, and terms are governed by those third parties.

A link, embed, mention, or integration does not necessarily mean WAG endorses or assumes responsibility for that third party. Your use of third-party services is at your own discretion and subject to their applicable terms and policies.

Site Availability and Changes

We may add, modify, suspend, remove, restrict, or discontinue any portion of the Site or its content at any time, including any Interactive Feature. We do not guarantee that any content, feature, episode, article, link, archive, Interactive Feature, or service will remain available. We may correct errors or update information without notice.

No Warranty

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” WAG makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the Site or its content, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, reliability, availability, security, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, free of harmful components, or that information, including vote tallies or quiz results, will always be accurate or current. Investigations, reviews, commentary, stories, opinions, Interactive Feature results, and other WAG content may involve incomplete information, personal observations, estimates, third-party sources, evolving circumstances, or subjective judgments.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Wild Adventure Girls, Inc. and its officers, directors, owners, employees, contractors, representatives, creators, hosts, and individuals appearing in WAG content will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising out of or relating to:

your access to, use of, or inability to use the Site or any Interactive Feature;
your reliance on Site content or Interactive Feature results;
third-party services, links, or embedded content;
unauthorized access to or alteration of information;
any activity depicted or discussed in WAG content; or
any other matter relating to the Site.

These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory asserted and even if WAG has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, WAG’s liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless The Wild Adventure Girls, Inc. and its officers, directors, owners, employees, contractors, representatives, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or relating to your unlawful misuse of the Site or any Interactive Feature, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights. This provision applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Disputes

Before initiating formal proceedings concerning a dispute relating to the Site or these Terms, you agree to contact WAG and make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally, except where immediate relief is reasonably necessary or applicable law provides otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

No Waiver

If WAG does not enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not waive our right to enforce it later.

Entire Agreement

These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the agreement between you and WAG regarding your use of the Site, except where a separate written agreement between you and WAG applies.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time as the Site, our business, or applicable requirements change, including as we add new Interactive Features. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Where required by applicable law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent.

Your continued use of the Site after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.
